Let’s delve a little deeper, why should we do this? How does this help us grow?

When we do something that scares us

(Public Speaking / 1st Pole Class / Pole Flip)

we are stepping out of our

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲

a place where we feel safe and secure 🥰 doing things we do every day ☺️ but once we even THINK about doing something outside of it and crossing that scary line in to the


𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲

this is when we start to get nervous 😬, finding excuses 🙄, the fear of the unknown, fear of failure, affected by other opinions and even lacking confidence in the ability to do it


You finally pluck up the courage and DO IT 😁

It wasn’t as scary as you thought 😅

You survived 😁

It was maybe kind of … fun?! 😆

possibly a wee adrenaline rush 😆


𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲

Do it again, not as bad the second time when you knew what was happening, a third, it’s getting easier 😎

Tenth time … oh this is just normal, it now feels comfortable (comfort zone expanded) ✔️


Your confidence in your ability to do this has increased so

Your self esteem in this has improved ✔️
