Pole for All Levels
Whether you’re brand new to pole or already flying high, this class welcomes all levels. Each session is tailored to your individual ability, giving you personal guidance, plenty of pole time, and instructor support to help you grow in confidence and skill.
What to Expect:
A welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where everyone works at their own level.
You’ll learn, strengthen, and progress through moves, spins, and combinations that suit your experience and goals.

Pole for Beginners
If you’ve been wanting to try pole but feel a little nervous – this is the perfect class for you!
Whether you’re starting your pole journey, just a few classes in, or returning after a break, this supportive class is designed to help you build confidence, strength, and coordination from the very start.
What to Expect:
Classes are tailored to your ability, with small groups (maximum 12 people, 2 per pole) for plenty of instructor attention and pole time.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of pole – spins, transitions and flow, along with light conditioning to build the strength needed for future moves.
Complete Beginners:
Never touched a pole before? No problem! You’ll learn the basics – simple spins, flow and movement, while building body awareness and confidence.
Beginners (Some Experience):
Attended a few classes or returning after a break? You’ll start building on your foundation, learning arms-only spins, climbs and linking moves together into short combinations.
What to Bring & Wear:
Comfortable workout clothing you can move freely in – ¾ leggings and a vest or t-shirt are perfect. Socks. Shorts are optional but handy to bring if you feel brave! Bring water and a small towel.
Level:
Suitable for complete beginners and those early in their pole journey.

Pole Dance - Choreo
If you love flow, floorwork and feeling fierce, this class is for you.
Each session blends sensual movement and choreography to help you connect your tricks, transitions and musicality.
Helping you build confidence, fluidity and your own unique style while exploring expressive movement that feels empowering and fun.
What to Expect:
A mix of pole dance-based sequences focusing on flow, floorwork and connection to music. You’ll learn to move with grace and confidence while refining technique and transitions.
What to Bring & Wear:
Kneepads are required (spares available to borrow).
Pole Heels are optional, wear them if you like, or stay comfy in socks.
Your usual pole wear, grip aid and water
Level:
Suitable for those who have completed the Intro Course or attended at least 4 regular pole classes.

Stretch and Flex
Flexibility is essential for balance, mobility, and everyday functionality and it plays a key role in supporting your pole, general fitness and overall wellbeing.
This class helps you improve range of motion, release tension and feel freer and more comfortable in your body.
What to Expect:
A mat-based class (off the pole) combining dynamic and static stretches to safely increase flexibility in your legs, hips, shoulders and back.
Ideal for easing stiffness, improving movement or working towards goals such as splits and backbends.
What to Bring & Wear:
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing like leggings or joggers and a top.
Mats, blocks, and knee pads are all provided, just bring water and an open mind to stretch and unwind.
Level:
Open to all levels – no experience needed.
A perfect choice if you’d like to build confidence and body awareness before joining a pole class.

Pole Power
Harness your strength and elevate your skills in this empowering conditioning class.
This session blends on the pole techniques and off the pole conditioning to build core stability, power, and endurance.
What to expect:
A mix of on and off the pole moves, designed to enhance your stamina, core, and overall strength.
Support to work at your own unique pace.
A fun, empowering atmosphere to challenge yourself and celebrate your progress.

Freestyle Flow
Unleash Your Inner Muse
Freestyle Flow, where the spotlight is on you.
Explore the art of freestyling to your favourite beats, allowing your creativity to soar. Embrace the benefits of freestyling—improved self-expression, enhanced confidence, and a deeper connection with your unique dance style. It's your time to shine and dance freely to the rhythm of your own journey.
In Freestyle Flow, the benefits extend beyond physical fitness. It's a holistic dance experience that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit, fostering a lasting love for the art of pole dancing.
*PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A TAUGHT SESSION*
What to Expect:
A relaxed, low-lit session with soft, gooey vibes, perfect for unwinding and letting movement take over.
There’s no formal teaching, just space to dance, explore and express yourself.
Feel free to bring your own playlist if you’d like to move to your personal soundtrack.
What to Bring & Wear:
Anything you love to move in. Socks, heels, leggings, pole pants, joggers, swooshy bottoms, slinky sets.
Kneepads are required (spares available to borrow).
Earbuds / headphones if you prefer to dance to your own music.
Level:
Suitable for those with some experience of pole chore, flow and basic spins.

Pole Practice
Practice makes Progress.
Pole Practice is a self-guided training session for Butterfly Studio members to focus on personal goals.
This is your time to focus on what you need most, whether it’s working on a new trick, refining transitions, building strength, practicing for a photoshoot or polishing your showcase routine. This is your space to refine, explore, and grow.
What to Expect:
Open studio time with exclusive pole access, with an instructor on hand for safety, guidance and encouragement, but no structured teaching.
Perfect for working on moves from class or building your own flow.
What to Bring & Wear:
Bring your usual pole wear, grip aid and water.
Heels and kneepads are optional, depending on what you’re working on.
Level:
Open to all levels with prior Butterfly Studio class experience.

Polevocative Workshop
Slow things down, heat things up, and awaken your inner goddess in our Polevocative workshops.
These sessions are all about stepping into your sensual power, embracing confidence and exploring movement that makes you feel irresistible.
What to Expect:
This workshop invites you to step fully into your power through fluid, sensual choreography that’s effortless to follow yet intoxicating to perform.
You’ll move with purpose, confidence and control as you embody the music and express your most magnetic self.
Options are provided for all levels – with extra intensity for our Polevocative OGs and gentle options for those new to this style.
What to Bring & Wear:
Wear whatever makes you feel incredible – the sexier, the better. Style your hair, add a touch of makeup and bring your pole heels if you want to turn up the heat. (Socks are fine too).
Kneepads are required, but we have spares available to borrow if needed.
Level:
Suitable for all levels – no experience required, just a desire to move, feel empowered, and embrace your sensual side.

1:1 Tuition
1:1 lessons are perfect for anyone who wants a more personal, focused experience on the pole.
Whether you’re building confidence before joining group classes, refining specific moves or preparing for a performance, your 1:1 time is completely tailored to you.

What to Expect:
Each session is fully customised to your level and goals, whether you’re a complete beginner, intermediate, or advanced pole dancer.
From floorwork and base tricks to climbs, spins, and aerial transitions or even choreography, flow, stretching or conditioning, the hour is entirely yours.
You’ll receive full instructor attention, detailed guidance and the freedom to learn at your own pace in a supportive, empowering space.
Complete beginner?
No problem! Your first lesson will focus on fundamentals, basic moves and strength-building exercises to create a strong foundation.
Booking Details:
Private lessons are available as 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 sessions. Some times appear on our schedule, but additional slots can be arranged, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Level:
Open to all levels – from complete beginners to advanced polers.
