Where has the year gone?!

It wasn't that long ago we had people training for MMPS, the Show Case, getting dressed up for Halloween! I can't believe it's all over?!

Did you all like the studio decorations for Christmas, I thought was pretty. I really wanted to take home the penguin that sat on the side 🐧

Christmas Surprises

My question....did any of you get any pole related presents? Did the hints work or was it physically showing someone what you want?!

I got an off the pole cropped hoodie! 😍 Everything else I liked was out of stock 🙈😂 however my Christmas pennies have ordered me a new set 😉

Kitty Workshop 👠

OMG 😍 that is all!

Wow the videos of you all at the workshops that I've managed to see are AMAZING! Kitty is bloody good and you lot...well like I said, amazing. It's so good to see you all pushing your boundaries, whether it be what you wore or how you danced, or even just going to a workshop...I bet you all wanted more!

I know a few of you did two or three of the workshops and were suffering the next day, I loved seeing a few of you Monday night with your aches 😂 you must have worked extra hard. Anyone have any good bruises? I know Jaime had a good one near her hip...it was a lovely blue / green colour 🙈

Heather "The nasty girl exotic was fierce! That song was definitely a bit of me! Good routine and quite easy to follow! Candy box was bloody awesome! So many ideas and sassy moves. Loved it! She was memorising to watch and I'm in love with her amazing ability to twerk. Just wish I had a booty like hers 🍑🍑🍑"

Cat "All three were amazing and was perfect for all levels. Kitty was brilliant and so lovely as well I've learnt loads 😁"

Instructor Meal

So we thought it would be a great idea to have a quick catch up one night after pole...this then turned into organising a night out for a meal and a couple of drinks! Our little Christmas night out to celebrate our first Christmas as Butterfly Studio Instructors 🦋

Last Week of Pole

Did you all enjoy being a part of the snowflake photo during the last week of classes? I quite enjoyed seeing them all, something a little different and everyone getting involved!

Classes

PLEASE NOTE: There is now a change to the classes, some are aimed for specific levels (all are still welcome) and there is a choreo / flow class back on! 😍 You asked for it, you got it. But remember - don't use it, you lose it! Also new beginners classes have been added, remember to share with your friends 😉 See below for class details.

2020 Goals

It's that time of year where everyone starts looking for the year ahead, whether it be personal goals or pole goals a goal is something to aim for.

Have you all be thinking about what YOUR goals are? It would be great to hear if you have any! Monthly, quarterly or for the year...

Sal's Goals: To get fit, to be able to do things on my own, to drive again, to enter a pole comp (or two), have long walks with the dogs and to enjoy life 🙃

Confidence

Wow! I'm sure everyone like me, has enjoyed reading the confidence posts you have all shared. It's a big step and brave for people to start to even think to look at never mind share with, quite literally everyone!
