Never tried pole before? Always wanted to start but a little nervous about coming along? Maybe had 1 or 2 classes but want a bit more focus on the basics? This 4 week course will be perfect for you! No experience necessary! Over the 4 weeks we will work on the fundamentals, basic spins & holds.
