Morven started poling in 2016 after a friend invited her to join her at a class and she hasn't looked back.

During her youth Morven did horse riding, swimming and a bit of running before becoming a busy mum to her 5 children. Pole became the perfect place to focus on her own physical strength and goals and quickly became a passion.

Since starting pole she has grown in overall strength and confidence and particularly enjoys spinny pole. She has also taken part in the studio's showcases and has more recently dipped her toe into a few competitions.

Morven's highlight of her pole journey so far has been achieving her level 1 & 2 pole fitness instructor in August 2019. She loves helping people at pole classes and watching them grow in confidence week by week as they increase in strength and ability.

Starting pole gave Morven the confidence and courage to follow her dreams and return to Uni as a nursing student and loves every minute of it.
