Founder and Lead Instructor

My Pole Dancing Journey started in June 2005:

Pole Dancing intrigued me from the moment I first saw it, the women always looked so powerful, strong, confident and completely embracing their sexual energy. I knew I had to get involved!

I found a course online, it was only a weekly 160 mile roundtrip, I signed up and it was love at first spin.

I was hooked, it was challenging and rewarding, I've been athletic all my life, a gymnastics background, surely I would get everything first time?!? Reality check Jaime, pole is a unique art and repetition is key.

Home Pole and all the instructional DVD's bought (there was no Instagram in 2005 and very little YouTube either).

Once I built confidence in myself and my poleability, I started dancing in the local Gentleman’s Club which I still dance in now. Lots of fun times were had, us all teaching each other moves, after all this is where pole dancing was born and where I learnt awesome jaw dropping crazy tricks with mesmerising split drops, which is still a favourite.

Pole is so much more than just an art, it is a practice gives me confidence and strength, mentally and physically, helping me flourish and transform myself into the most powerful version of me

When the time was right in my life, I knew I had to share my passion of pole with everyone I could, it would be rude of me to keep it to myself.

I absolutely love teaching all aspects of Pole Dance, I love seeing my students transform their strength and confidence, and embrace their sexual energy.

I love that I am always learning everyday from my fellow Pole Instructors and my students.

I am very proud to be part of an inspiring and uplifting community of incredible Strong, Confident, Powerful, Unique Butterflies.
